2026 and new projects are in the works!
Zander Music ended 2025 by hosting a TULUM event in Tromsø with Afro House and Anatolia style music. I am still waiting for the set recordings from this and some of it will be published. As usual I am out flying drones at every occasion, capturing amazing arctic video. Videomixes are in the works on my YT channel featuring music within Deep House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, Downtempo and Lounge. Also I am happy to be a part of the calØr project in Tromsø, and on 7 Feb we will host an event in Tromsø (Bastard Bar) with Latin inspired Tech House music. My old DJ project Arctic Saints is still up and going with Organic House, Lounge DJ sets.
Also, 2026 will be the year of Project 847: A DJ concept with Anjunadeep / Melodic Techno DJ sets filmed with cameras and drones in amazing settings. One project is being produced while several possible DJ sets and locations are being considered for summer 2026 in the Arctic north Norway. Stay tuned, I will be busy this year 🙂

Read the Full Post »Life in the Arctic city of Tromsø is starting to settle. Bought my own place and got busy with the paint brush before I moved in all my stuff…and what stuff, jjjjjjez. I never imagined i had SO MANY things. But I am settling down and today I am getting ready for my THIRD Lounge DJ Weekend. I hooked up with one of my friends and started the Project 8:4:7 concept and we had one Awesome DJ set on a boat in really nice arctic summer weather. Soon another DJ project, Arctic Saints, will play in a magical event in Senja. However, this time I will be away on work. But the Saint sound will be very good anyway.
Before I leave for my work, Zander will play a set at the ROGGI festival in North-Norway and document the event with cameras and drones.

Read the Full Post »i am proud to present my latest Video DJ mix Tales From The Deep, Part 17. My relentless trips in the mountains of Lofoten and Vesteraalen pays off when making these mixes! The scenery is stunning, and when combining this with clips of people dancing, i feel that this video is really entertaining to watch.
In total there are 301 video clips in this 63 minute film!
As for the future, I am very soon moving to the arctic city of Tromsø. There will be A LOT of drone flying in the mountains, perhaps some DJ gigs in the city. I will also help organise events with Techno, Progressive House and Afro House in Tromsø.
Exiting times are ahead, as the future is ALWAYS bright!

A few words about the Tales From The Deep series. I make these to take you on an emotional journey. The combination of audio and visuals in my mixes are not “taken out of the blue”. Tracks for my DJ mix are carefully selected and mixed in a certain way. You must feel the sound. You must listen to the lyrics. It has a meaning. Then you have the hundreds of film clips…these are also selected for a reason. Again, it is a journey. If there are a series of action footage, or a series of sad footage…listen to the music. It all fits.
For me this is art. It invokes feelings and will take the listener on a journey.
So..come and lets take a trip with Tales From The Deep.
